ENERGY EFFICIENCY
While conservation is the most cost effective means to lower your utility bills, it is surprisingly the least implemented area. On the other hand, many new technologies have helped improve on energy efficiency for residential and commercial. Most energy-efficiency measures bear very little cost, while others will pay for themselves within two to five years. There are a few improvements that may have a longer payback time. Keep in mind that an energy-efficient environment brings you more comfort, reduced utility bills, and perhaps a higher value to your home price when you sell. The same can apply to businesses where an energy-efficient work place can improve productivity due to greater level of comfort.
